VOTE NOW: 2026 ‘Peace Portraits’ Named a Finalist for Shorty Impact Awards

The Illinois Peace Project is excited to announce that the 2026 Peace Portraits campaign has been selected as a finalist for the 11th Annual Shorty Impact Awards, in the category of Public Safety (Non-Profit Video Series). This category honors a campaign, original content, or initiative that promotes the protection of the population from any harm.

Now, here’s your chance to cast your vote for the Audience Honors category, a special recognition for the campaign that gets the most fan votes. It DOES NOT have any weight on the results of the Public Safety award, but is considered a secondary honor, similar to a People’s Choice Award.
